Adeola's legal career began at the prestigious law firms of Kaufman, Borgeest & Ryan L.L.P and Sedgwick, LLP where she specialized in employment law and insurance coverage litigation. Her experience is distinguished by a combination of legal and business acumen.

 

Following a 12-year tenure in executive and strategic positions at Marsh & McLennan and WTW, two global risk management advisory firms, Adeola returned to law practice to pursue her passion for social impact and use her legal skills to help nonprofits and mission-driven organizations.

 

Adeola's risk management experience, combined with her legal career, has equipped her with a unique understanding of the issues faced by these organizations and how to address them from both a legal and strategic standpoint. With this perspective, she is able to provide clients with comprehensive legal solutions that not only solve their immediate needs, but also help them achieve their long-term goals and impact.

Adeola's passion for fairness and justice extends beyond her practice of law. She also serves on the boards of, or volunteers in other capacities with, several nonprofit organizations. In her free time, she loves to explore the world through travel, art and cuisines.
